Rem3dy Health has raised 拢14 million to accelerate global expansion and AI innovation.

The Midlands-based parent company of personalised nutrition brand Nourished said the funding round values it at 拢84m.

The round was led by a group of global strategic investors, including Suntory, Estrella Galicia, Apollo Hospitals and UPSA, while investment from Birmingham鈥檚 Future Planet Capital Regional further reinforces the company鈥檚 strong regional roots and contribution to the UK鈥檚 innovation ecosystem.聽

The funding will support Rem3dy Health鈥檚 rapid growth, which includes expansion into key international markets such as the United States, MENA region, and India – as well as continued investment in automation, advanced manufacturing, and AI-driven personalised nutrition.聽

Rem3dy will also expand its product offering into personalised health solutions for pets, reflecting growing consumer demand for tailored wellness across both human and animal health.

Founded in Birmingham, Rem3dy Health is pioneering AI-driven personalised nutrition and advanced manufacturing, combining data science, 3D printing and automation to deliver tailored health solutions at scale. The company has developed a robust intellectual property portfolio spanning 29 patents, alongside a strong commitment to sustainable packaging and responsible production practices. Together, these innovations position Rem3dy Health at the forefront of the convergence between health, technology and sustainability.聽聽

The fundraise follows a transformational year for Rem3dy Health in 2025, during which the business completed a significant operational and financial turnaround – this resulted in revenue of 拢10.21 million, representing 61% growth over 2024. Further, production yield increased from 91% to 97%, while efficiency gains grew from 86% to 95%.聽聽

These improvements were driven by continued investment in AI-powered automation, process optimisation and advanced additive manufacturing capabilities. The company is now producing approximately 500,000 personalised gummies per day and has manufactured more than 150 million personalised nutrient 鈥渟tacks鈥 since implementing its latest production technology.聽

At the same time, Rem3dy strengthened its commercial footprint, expanding partnerships with major UK retailers including Boots, Holland & Barrett and Ocado, while growing distribution across additional European markets.

The investment also highlights a broader strategic shift, with global consumer and healthcare players increasingly backing next-generation health technology businesses. Estrella Galacia鈥檚 participation, for example, signals expansion beyond traditional categories, while Apollo Hospitals brings deep expertise from one of the world鈥檚 largest integrated healthcare providers.聽

Rem3dy Health has also benefited from support from the UK Department for 老九品茶 & Trade (DBT), including founder Melissa Snover鈥檚 selection for the inaugural DBT Female Founders Initiative cohort – a national programme designed to support some of the UK鈥檚 most promising female technology founders through mentorship, investor access and international scaling opportunities.

A panel of leading venture capital judges selected the cohort, with only companies demonstrating exceptional innovation, scalability, market potential and commercial viability chosen for the first group of ten founders.聽

The recognition comes against a challenging funding backdrop for female-founded businesses in the UK, with all-female founded teams continuing to receive only around 2% of total venture capital investment, despite evidence showing female-led businesses often deliver stronger capital efficiency and returns.聽

鈥淪ecuring this funding marks a major milestone for us,鈥 said Snover, who is American. 鈥淔ollowing a year of significant transformation and against one of the toughest fundraising environments in recent years, we are now in a strong position to scale globally.聽

鈥淥ur focus on automation, advanced manufacturing and AI-driven personalisation is enabling us to redefine how consumers engage with their health – and also extend that innovation into new categories such as personalised health for pets.鈥

Jos茅 Cabanas, chief marketing officer at Hijos de Rivera, owner of Estrella Galicia, said: 鈥淣ourished combines strong expertise with advanced technological capabilities in innovative, nutritional solutions, positioning the company at the forefront of this segment. We are excited to partner with them as we continue to explore this space.鈥澛

Rupert Lyle, investment director at Future Planet Capital Regional and fund principal of WMCO, said: “We are delighted to see Rem3dy Health continue to attract significant backing to fuel their already impressive growth. When we first invested in Rem3dy, it was clear they were developing a truly disruptive brand and technology capable of revolutionising the global wellness industry.

“Over the last year especially, we have seen them gain phenomenal commercial momentum, rapidly expanding their presence across major UK retailers and developing worldwide strategic partnerships.聽

鈥淭his new funding will allow them to continue to scale that proven domestic success, grow key international markets and develop and launch new products with some globally recognised strategic partners.

“Melissa and her team are a fantastic example of West Midlands innovation at its finest – proving that a locally founded business can secure worldwide scale while keeping advanced manufacturing, high-value jobs, and economic growth firmly rooted in our region.”

Rem3dy has also participated in international trade and innovation programmes, including South by Southwest, and just a few weeks ago showcased its 3D printing technology at the DBT-backed Greater Together LA initiative in May – part of the largest-ever UK trade mission to the US – supporting its continued US expansion strategy.
