Cloud contact centre听start-up Mission Labs has been acquired by listed communications software group Gamma听in a potential 拢46 million deal.听
Based near Rawtenstall in Lancashire听and launched in 2016, Mission Labs听has developed products including听CircleLoop, a听cloud-based telephony product which is fully serviced through web, desktop and mobile applications and aimed at the micro-business market.听
Co-founders Damian Hanson and David Hague will remain with the business and continue to lead its 90-strong team.听
Gamma said the听acquisition, for an initial consideration of 拢40.2m with听an additional 拢6m contingent on certain development milestones听over the next three years,听gives听it听additional capabilities in the rapidly evolving markets of听cloud听contact听centre and听cloud听communications.听
The UK-headquartered group serves the听UK, Dutch, Spanish and German business markets, supplying communication solutions听directly and听via听an听extensive network of channel partners.听

For the year ended 31st听March 2020, Mission Labs听generated听revenues of 拢3.4m听and operating profit听of 拢400,000.听

The acquisition sits alongside Gamma’s acquisition of听Telsis听in November 2019, which resulted in the launch of the fully integrated Horizon Contact Centre on 2 March 2021.听听听
Horizon Contact Centre is a听CCaaS听product aimed at the SME market.听 Gamma is now able to provide solutions for the entire business market in the UK and Europe, ranging from small to large enterprise customers.听
