Listed data company D4t4 Solutions has appointed a new CFO and听made an acquisition.听
The company headquartered in Sunbury-on-Thames has moved for听Prickly Cactus, a听data and analytics consultancy听based in Bristol.听
The deal听for听the company, which听provides digital transformation consulting to companies across the globe, is for听up to 拢750,000.听It听has听an existing听strategic relationship with D4t4 and听its听Celebrus听family of products.听
Prickly Cactus will be focused on driving customer success in the key markets of听financial听services,听telecoms and听insurance and building a stable of new听Celebrus听customers via partners and direct relationships.听

Meanwhile听D4t4 Solutions has appointed听Ash Mehta as CFO听with effect from 1st September 2021.听
Mehta is an experienced public company finance director having previously served on the boards of听a number of听AIM-listed听businesses, most recently Rosslyn Data Technologies Plc and Northbridge Industrial Services Plc.听
Nitil Patel, who was appointed听interim CFO in March 2021, will remain with D4T4 until the end of September 2021 to ensure a smooth transition of responsibilities.听
