Listed data company D4t4 Solutions has appointed a new CFO andmade an acquisition.
The company headquartered in Sunbury-on-Thames has moved forPrickly Cactus, adata and analytics consultancybased in Bristol.
The dealforthe company, whichprovides digital transformation consulting to companies across the globe, is forup to £750,000.Ithasan existingstrategic relationship with D4t4 anditsCelebrusfamily of products.
Prickly Cactus will be focused on driving customer success in the key markets offinancialservices,telecoms andinsurance and building a stable of newCelebruscustomers via partners and direct relationships.

MeanwhileD4t4 Solutions has appointedAsh Mehta as CFOwith effect from 1st September 2021.
Mehta is an experienced public company finance director having previously served on the boards ofa number ofAIM-listedbusinesses, most recently Rosslyn Data Technologies Plc and Northbridge Industrial Services Plc.
Nitil Patel, who was appointedinterim CFO in March 2021, will remain with D4T4 until the end of September 2021 to ensure a smooth transition of responsibilities.
