French multinational Atos is to acquire听Ipsotek, an AI-enhanced video analytics software provider based in London.听听
Atos says the acquisition will strategically reinforce its position in edge and computer vision by adding key software capabilities and IP to its solutions portfolio.听
Established in 2001 and based in London,听Ipsotek听offers a scalable AI platform,听VISuite, that enables users to efficiently manage听automatically-generated听alerts in听real-time, and听can be used across a range of use cases including crowd management, smoke detection, intrusion detection, perimeter protection, number plate recognition and traffic management.听听
VISuite听also provides multi-camera tracking capabilities. The company has executed more than 600 projects in 38 countries. The acquisition will add a highly skilled team of approximately 50 professionals to Atos.听
