Altius Data Solutions has been acquired by Seattle-based Avanade.
The London-based data and AI business will give Avanade increased access to the retail, transport, infrastructure and public sectors.
Microsoft partner Avanade also hopes to receive scalability and further insight into data platforms, managed services and data visualisation.

Altius has a team of over 300 experts in cloud and data, and offices in the Netherlands and India as well as the UK.
