Leeds-based job management software provider, BigChange, has marked its 10th anniversary by achieving its best ever six months for customer acquisition and contract wins.

Founded in 2013 by the now chairman Martin Port, BigChange鈥檚 field service management technology is the core workflow tool for businesses employing field service technicians and operators.

Now, 10 years on, the team has welcomed 200 new customers in the last six months, along with 拢19m of contract wins, both record-breaking numbers for the business, when compared to other half year periods.

The company boasts 2,000 global customers and 80,000 users while its technology has scheduled 58 million jobs and processed nearly 拢5bn worth of invoices.

Richard Warley, CEO of BigChange said: 鈥淲e couldn鈥檛 be happier to be celebrating 10 years of BigChange this month, and what better way to do it but with a record-breaking six months.

鈥淭he team has already achieved so much in 2023, with much more to come.

Port swapped roles with Warley, who鈥檇 joined the business as chairman at the start of 2021聽following the 拢75m investment 聽but became the CEO.

The serial entrepreneur credited some of the company鈥檚 success to getting out there鈥 and meeting customers.

鈥淭here is no substitute for meeting in the real world, shaking hands, having a coffee, and talking about the things that matter to us,鈥 said Port.

鈥淭his is one of the reasons why I believe we have had such a cracking start to 2023. We are out there, attending exhibitions and events, meeting prospects and customers.

鈥淲e have met more than 500 customers, holding five BigChange Success Forums in London, Reading, Manchester, Liverpool and Birmingham, sharing our plans for the future and helping them to understand how we can help them achieve their goals.
