Bruntwood SciTech finance director听Kate Lawlor听will serve as听interim chief operating officer, supported by听executive chair听Chris Oglesby, during the search for a new CEO.听
A听50-50 joint venture between Bruntwood and Legal & General, Bruntwood SciTech听is听focused on developing innovation districts and science and technology assets across the UK.听

Recent milestones for the business include development at No.3 Circle Square, securing planning permission for听Citylabs听4.0, the redevelopment of Base at Manchester Science Park, the completion of Glasshouse at Alderley Park and announcing the development of Enterprise Wharf at Innovation Birmingham.听听
Kemp said:听鈥淭he last few months听in particular have听been a personal highlight in my career as we developed the Lighthouse Lab Covid-testing facility at Alderley Park in just a matter of weeks.听
