Equity management platform听Capdesk听has听announced a Series A extension which sees the funding round top 拢8 million.听
Led by Fidelity International Strategic Ventures, a dedicated venture capital team at Fidelity International, and听MiddleGame听Ventures, an early-stage听FinTech venture firm, the extension听follows an initial raise of 拢3m in 2020, led by Fuel Ventures.听
The London firm, which enables privately owned companies to manage their equity digitally via a single platform, has raised 拢11.7m since being founded in 2015.听听
Capdesk听counts hundreds of Europe鈥檚 fast-growth businesses as its clients, including听Gousto, Secret Escapes,听Privitar, Voi Technology and Billie.听
It听caters to founders, employees and investors by digitising equity, options and warrants transactions and giving shareholders access to Europe鈥檚 largest private secondaries market through a partnership with听Seedrs.听

The company says the extension will position it to build a fully integrated 鈥榮eed to post-IPO鈥� equity solution for a traditionally underserved space in Europe.听
