Two businesswomen who have supported entrepreneurs in crisis across the country have launched an innovative new network that rewards referring business.
The Ambition Growth Network is the creation of Jo Lines and Karlie Somerville, who have been helping and interacting with thousands of company owners every day in their dedicated Facebook group during the COVID-19 crisis.
Their new network and support group also offers cash rewards to members who refer business and collaborate, as well as offering comprehensive support, educational tools and strategies for growth.
The duo, based in Plymouth, spotted the niche when discussing just how many recommendations, referrals and connections they make in their busy business lives.
They say by creating a cash rewards system for referrals it will sustainably grow entrepreneurs鈥� network, business and support systems.
鈥淲e wanted to create a place that rewarded people for making connections 鈥� that helped people who strive to help other entrepreneurs through referrals,鈥� said Lines.
鈥淲e know that entire businesses can be built on quality referrals and encouraging this activity through a rewards scheme just seems common sense.鈥�
Lines and Somerville, who both run a series of successful businesses in the South West, intend the members-only network to be a hub of ambitious and highly driven entrepreneurs that want to scale and optimise their businesses, while supporting others at the same time.
The network is also the product of the pair鈥檚 hard work supporting business owners throughout the UK during the coronavirus pandemic.
They created the Coronavirus 老九品茶 Support UK Facebook group at the onset of lockdown, providing free timely advice, updates on support packages and actionable strategies for diversifying to survive the crisis.
The group has been instrumental in providing collaborative opportunities that have helped many businesses survive.
Somerville said: 鈥淭hrough our support group we鈥檝e seen the true value of collaboration when business owners come together for a common good in the face of crisis.
