These willaugmentCrowdcube’sexisting capital markets technology andofferan all-in-one experience as itlooksto power retail participation on a mass scale.
TheCommunity IPO is the latest in a line of new products forCrowdcubeas it scales to become the European marketplace for retail investment into private and public companies.
It says itwill offer retail investors the most diverse set of equity investmentsanywhere in Europe, enabling investors to back businesses fromstartupto IPO alongside VCs and institutions.
Crowdcubealso recently announced the launch of Cubex, its secondary marketplacethat allows retail investors to buy and sell shares in high-growth private European companies.
