EdTech

A compliance and HR software provider for the education sector has recorded its best-performing year to date.

Leeds-based听Every has doubled its employee count to 65 and seen 10% of its existing 3,800-client base invest in its education-focused HR solution.

Since launching in September 2019, there are now HR leaders across more than 300 UK institutions using the technology to streamline and centralise their operations, as the pandemic continues to drive digital transformation in the education sector.

CEO and co-founder Ian Bond said: 鈥淭ech adoption among the UK鈥檚 schools, colleges and universities has accelerated due to COVID-19, and this is a trend that we鈥檝e definitely seen with our customers.

鈥淭he home-working shift has encouraged the education sector to look towards technology as an enabler, and while there鈥檚 been lots in the news about this in a classroom-teaching sense, there鈥檚 been little narrative about how it can help site managers and HR teams.

鈥淢aintaining compliance while off-premises, keeping updated on government legislation changes, communicating with employees, and being in tune with staff wellbeing are all vitally important, to keep learning environments 鈥 be those physical or virtual 鈥 running smoothly.鈥

Prior to the HR module鈥檚 roll-out, there were 50 schools across the UK which had pre-ordered the solution, while听in the first 12 months of its existence, over 300 customers had invested in the software.

Director and co-founder Adam Watson added: 鈥淭he fact that so many schools signed up for the software before it was launched to the wider market is not only representative of sector demand, but also the brand trust and strength of our client relationships we鈥檝e build up over the last decade.

鈥淲e鈥檙e so proud to be part of the national enablement programme 鈥 helping institutions across the country to harness the benefits of technology both on and off campus.

鈥淭he launch of the HR module has been a pivotal milestone in Every鈥檚 history, and we鈥檙e really looking forward to growing the company and supporting even more schools and colleges with their digital transformation projects over the coming months.鈥

As well as helping institutions digitise their operations,听Every听has also provided over 100,000 minutes of CPD-accredited e-Learning content for site management and HR staff over the last year 鈥 helping them to keep abreast of learning and development when working remotely.
