Recruitment software company Volcanic has been acquired by Access Group.
Stockport-based Volcanic, which provides SaaS-based website and marketing technology platforms for the recruitment sector, also has聽offices in Malaysia, Sydney, the USA and Mexico.
Supporting over 600 customers across three continents, it employs 94 people and last year saw a huge 70 per cent rise in EBITDA to 拢47.6 million while revenues rose 42 per cent to 拢143.1m.
Colchester-based Access Group, a provider of software to growing mid-market businesses, already works with over 40 per cent of the UK鈥檚 top 500 agencies and 75 per cent of the top 20 agencies.
