Marketing and communications agency Active Profile is continuing its ambitious growth plan with a new hire, two promotions and a further two positions available across its Liverpool and Manchester offices.
Following a series of health and wellbeing initiatives, the team has also received national Workplace Wellbeing Charter accreditation.
The agency now employs 12 team members across both of its North West offices and is on the lookout to recruit two new team members by the end of April this year, having recently hired senior account executive, Gaynor Orvis in its innovation team.
Active Profile has also promoted two long-standing members of the team, Amy Hardman and Amy Cantrill to senior account manager positions.
Anna Heyes, managing director at Active Profile, said: 鈥淚t鈥檚 a fantastic time to be an Active Profiler, we鈥檙e all excited to continue to grow and develop the team and we look forward to welcoming more new colleagues in the coming months.
鈥淓arlier this year, we achieved the Workplace Wellbeing Charter accreditation, a national standard which recognises an organisation鈥檚 commitment to improving the lives of its employees.
鈥淥ur ethos as a business is that a healthy and engaged workforce is a happy one, this is positively reflected in our productivity, which translates into great results for our clients.
鈥淲e have a culture of honesty, fun and feedback. Regular 鈥榯eam time鈥 is a staple, introducing a mix of events, sports days, wood work lessons, music festivals and pool tournaments to the team, and avoiding the rush hour when we can, is absolutely a rule.
鈥淗ot desking and working remotely is also allowing us to expand our team, without having to relocate.
鈥淲e鈥檙e lucky enough to have multiple places to work from in both of our key office locations including pods, meeting rooms and outdoor space. Everyone has the freedom to work away from their desks and work flexible hours, it鈥檚 about what鈥檚 best for them as individuals.
鈥淎ll of this has had a positive impact on team morale and recruitment but most importantly, to everyone鈥檚 day to day life.鈥
The Wellbeing Charter is segmented into eight topic areas which have been developed in line with best practice and the latest research. These topic areas range from leadership and absence management to physical activity and healthy eating.
