SimplyBiz Group has appointed David Thompson as CFO, with finance director Gareth Hague resigning from the firm.听听
Thompson will join the Huddersfield-based listed group, which provides FinTech and support services to the UK’s retail financial services sector, on 1st April.听
The qualified chartered accountant was most recently CFO at AIM-listed Smart Metering Systems.听听听
He has held a number of senior finance positions including roles at Energetics Utility Group, Johnston Carmichael LLP and PwC LLP.听
After听five听years with the听company,听group听finance听director听Hague听will听leave听by mutual agreement听and resign as a director from 31st听March.听
