Software consultancy听Codurance听has听projected an increase of 50% in revenue by its financial year end听in October.听听
Experts in听extreme programming, software modernisation, product development and DevOps,听its clients include ASOS, Santander and听Cazoo,听the fastest British business ever to reach unicorn status.听
Its Manchester city centre base expects to employ 24 people by听the end of this summer, up from four one year ago.听
Codurance听adopted an agile approach to its working model when the pandemic hit听and will continue to place 鈥榥o expectation鈥� on its 101 employees to work from its Manchester, London or Barcelona offices. However, staff with office-affiliated contracts are expected to work at client-sites听if and when听required by the client.听
The success of听Codurance鈥檚听flexible model – which also includes fully remote contracts听– stems from 鈥渓istening and looking after our people鈥� according to Amelia Bampton, which has helped the consultancy grow its client base and attract tech talent.听听
Rodrigo Nascimento and Akbar Zamir recently joined the 拢8 million turnover software听consultancy as听head of听platform听engineering and听head of听software听engineering respectively.听
