London payments technology company Form3 has extended its Series C round to 拢46 million.
The fresh investment from British Patient Capital and existing shareholders, including Visa, values the company at around 拢436m.
A cloud-native account-to-account platform founded in 2016, Form3鈥檚 mission is to fundamentally change how technology in banking operates.
The funding will enable the firm to develop new products and services to help support exponential growth in key markets such as the UK, Europe and the US.
In 2021, Form3 raised 拢116m in a funding round led by Goldman Sachs.
