Leading UK HealthTech company bioniq, the company behind the world鈥檚 most personalised nutritional supplements, has acquired interactive fitness mirror business VAHA.
The acquisition is part of bioniq鈥檚 expansion plan and strengthens its position as the most innovative health subscription in Europe and the Middle East.
Under the acquisition, VAHA will become part of the bioniq global platform enhancing the team鈥檚 offering of tailor-made health and wellness services.
Currently available across eight countries in the EMEA, London-headquartered bioniq plans to expand into four more countries including the USA by the end of 2023.
Founded in 2019, bioniq offers a truly 360 approach to each member鈥檚 health, starting with a biochemical analysis, including a comprehensive 50-parameter blood test, before bioniq鈥檚 algorithm prescribes the correct nutritional formula.
Now incorporating VAHA, Europe鈥檚 largest and leading connected fitness offering, the AI driven state-of-the-art home fitness technology accesses millions of workout-related data points, providing bioniq members with personalised home training and biomechanical analysis for further insight into their body鈥檚 physical capabilities.
Boasting one of the largest researched databases in the world, bioniq partners with leading institutions, London Global Practice, King鈥檚 College Hospital and Lanserhof, and global VC funds including HV Capital, Rocket Internet, Unbound Venture, Porsche Ventures and TQ Ventures.
