Software consultancyCodurancehas made a cluster of hires in Manchester following record revenues of over £8 million.

The London consultancy, which also has an office in Barcelona, has a client base that includes ASOS, Santander andCazoo, the UK’s fastest growing unicorn.

Amelia Bampton is Regional Director ofCoduranceUK North having joined from Chicago companyThoughtWorksin July last year.

The Cheshire-born 38-year-old – who boasts almost two decades experience in tech – has since recruited seven people to meet market demand for high quality software solutions.

Headcount atǻܰԳ’sthree offices already stands at over a 100.

Bampton, formerly of JD Williams and Vodafone, said: “CoduranceManchester is enjoying being part of a thriving technology-driven city.

Bampton, who heads the Manchester operation from 2 Mount Street in the city centre, added: “Having achieved company-wide year-on-year growth for several years, with last year being 97%,ǻܰԳ’sManchester team are taking the benefits they experienced from remote working over the last year and enjoying working in the office on occasions when they want flexibility.”

Codurancewas founded in 2013 by Sandro Mancuso andMashooqBadar following the pair’s launch of the London Software Craftsmanship Community – the first and now largest of its kind in Europe – three years earlier.

Foundations of craftsmanship and community remain intrinsic toǻܰԳ’sdelivery of client services and its management of both recruitment and retention of talent.

Mat Padley,KhooviSeewoonauth, Alistair Findlay, PaulAldred-Bann and Matthew Hughes recently joinedCoduranceManchester from BJSS,mkodo, Auden, On the Beach and Code Computer Love respectively.

Other new recruits include Kirsten Osborn, formerly employed by Manchester Metropolitan University, as Agile Delivery Manager, and Client Account Manager Nicole Smith, previously ofMediaburstandMobica.

Bamptonis helping to fill multiple roles atǻܰԳ’sLondon and Manchester offices. There are currently 12 positions open across the two offices.
