The London consultancy, which also has an office in Barcelona, has a client base that includes ASOS, Santander and听Cazoo, the UK鈥檚 fastest growing unicorn.听听听
Amelia Bampton is Regional Director of听Codurance听UK North having joined from Chicago company听ThoughtWorks听in July last year.听听听
The Cheshire-born 38-year-old – who boasts almost two decades experience in tech – has since recruited seven people to meet market demand for high quality software solutions.听听听
Headcount at听颁辞诲耻谤补苍肠别鈥檚听three offices already stands at over a 100.听听听

Codurance听was founded in 2013 by Sandro Mancuso and听Mashooq听Badar following the pair鈥檚 launch of the London Software Craftsmanship Community – the first and now largest of its kind in Europe – three years earlier.听听
Foundations of craftsmanship and community remain intrinsic to听颁辞诲耻谤补苍肠别鈥檚听delivery of client services and its management of both recruitment and retention of talent.听听
Mat Padley,听Khoovi听Seewoonauth, Alistair Findlay, Paul听Aldred-Bann and Matthew Hughes recently joined听Codurance听Manchester from BJSS,听mkodo, Auden, On the Beach and Code Computer Love respectively.听听
Other new recruits include Kirsten Osborn, formerly employed by Manchester Metropolitan University, as Agile Delivery Manager, and Client Account Manager Nicole Smith, previously of听Mediaburst听and听Mobica.听听听
