Huma has acquired eConsult, a digital-first triage and automated consultation platform serving primary and emergency care.

Huma, a global leader in healthcare AI and digital health solutions, recently acquired iPlato, a provider of screening, appointment booking, medicines management and communication tools installed in the majority of UK GP practices.

Huma is implemented in more than two-thirds of all primary and secondary care providers in the UK.

It also recently launched the Huma Cloud Platform and Huma鈥檚 Workspace, which enables primary care providers (GPs), community and secondary care providers (NHS Trusts), and Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) to access a comprehensive array of digital health solutions.聽

These include appointment booking, automated prescriptions, screening tools, teleconsultation, remote monitoring, virtual wards for hospitals, patient education and disease management apps for rare, chronic and acute conditions, messaging tools and electronic data capture (EDC) for clinical research.
