A sales coaching platform is to triple its headcount after securing backing from five experienced technology investors.

Altrincham-based e4enable provides a data-driven sales coaching platform to businesses across the UK, Europe and North America. Its clients include NCC Group, Apogee and UX insights company UserZoom.

The newest investors to join e4enable鈥檚 advisory board include former AppSense chairman and current chairman of Summize, Charles Sharland, and founder of Pareto Law and creator of the original model of coaching and developing sales people, Jonathan Fitchew.聽

They are joined by former Avecto CEO and leader of three 鈥楾imes Tech Track 100鈥 companies, Tony Bolland, who has also joined e4enable鈥檚 board and experienced fundraiser and technology M&A adviser, Chris Lewis.聽聽

Existing investor and experienced CFO Rachel Cunliffe has also furthered her investment in the business.

鈥淭he impact that data-driven sales coaching can have not only on sales performance but also recruitment and staff retention has been increasingly in the spotlight,鈥 said co-founder and CEO Kate Lewis.聽

鈥淎s in other areas of business, the transparency, accessibility and scalability that comes from a SaaS coaching platform has come into its own and has been a great benefit to businesses particularly as they adapt to hybrid ways of working.

鈥淐oupled with the 鈥榞reat resignation鈥 that has taken hold of the sales industry more than many others over the past few months, it is no wonder that sales coaching platforms are predicted to be the priority area for investment by companies in the coming year.聽聽

鈥淚t is great to have a group of investors on board who have such vast experience in high growth technology businesses as we look to continue our growth journey.鈥

The company is set to move into its new Altrincham HQ in the coming weeks.
