IT technician Bradley Hancock has got a double reason to celebrate after being promoted and winning the title of Employee of the Year at Manchester-based IT support company .听
The听24-year-old has proved so popular with his customers that one joked she deliberately breaks her computer so she can speak to him!听
He started working for Everything Tech in 2018 as a second line engineer but quickly impressed colleagues and customers alike and has been promoted twice, most recently to senior technician and is now responsible for 500 customers nationwide.听
The fast-growing Microsoft Gold Partner has 35 staff and Bradley was voted Employee of the Year after a string of 5* reviews.听
Director Ruth Hall said: 鈥淏radley is听exceptional听and his customer service is beyond any member of staff we have ever employed.听
鈥淗e services some of the largest and most prestigious British run holiday parks across the country, along with some big names in Manchester city centre.听

Bradley first got interested in computers through his life-long love of gaming.听
鈥淚鈥檝e always loved problem-solving and essentially video games and IT are both about solving problems,鈥� said Bradley, who lives in Salford.听
“The best analogy I can give is it鈥檚 like being a detective. I鈥檓 always looking for clues to try and solve the case.鈥�听
Everything Tech was founded in 2010 and is co-owned by sales and marketing director Lee听Wrall, technical director Anthony听Hautin听and director Ruth Hall, who was runner-up in the 2006 series of The Apprentice under her marital name of Ruth Badger.听
