Technology solutions provider KubeNet has acquired Aberdeen-based managed services provider ISN Solutions Group.
Following the firm鈥檚 recent 拢2.25m investment from Maven Capital Partners, the acquisition represents a key milestone in KubeNet鈥檚 continued year on year growth, which includes organic growth and through a targeted acquisition strategy.聽
ISN will allow KubeNet to enhance its service capabilities and extend its geographic footprint across the UK.
The Aberdeen-based business has built a strong reputation in the North East of Scotland for delivering tailored, proactive IT support to SME and corporate clients across the energy and professional services sector.聽
It will continue to operate under its existing name for an initial transition period.
