Leeds-based internet safety firm Smoothwall has acquired Blackpool digital record keeping company Safeguard Software.
Smoothwall, which is a 拢12.2m turnover company, says the investment will see schools across the UK benefit from a more comprehensive safeguarding system, helping to protect vulnerable children online and offline.
Smoothwall has acquired Safeguard Software to further its expansion plans.
