Tribal, a provider of software and services to the international education market, has appointed Diane McIntyre as its chief financial officer.听
Headquartered in Bristol with offices around the UK and worldwide, listed Tribal said McIntyre will join the company听with effect from June.听
The role has been performed on an interim basis by听Paul Simpson over the last two years.听
McIntyre听has over 25 years’ experience in finance roles, including her most recent role as听director of听finance at Sky UK Limited, and previous senior financial and executive positions at Vodafone Group plc and Cable and Wireless plc.听听听
She has a wealth of knowledge across commercial negotiation, strategy development and operational expansion.听
