Canadian occupational health software business Cority Software has acquired London-based Meddbase.
Meddbase was founded in 2004 as the first cloud-native clinical software solution designed for healthcare providers in the UK.
It has since expanded its offerings to include occupational health, electronic health records and private healthcare management solutions, serving clients across North America, Europe and Australia.聽
Cority is a software provider used by companies for tracking their progress towards environmental, social and governance (ESG) efforts.聽
Its software is also used to monitor employees’ health, managing potential risk factors, and regulatory compliance and the business has over 1,500 customers in 120 countries.
