Mobile virtual network operator听Lycamobile听has made a trio of executive appointments.听
Karl Booth听joins听as听chief听commercial听officer听while听Brigadier Anil Tandan听is the听interim听chief听technology听officer and Mikah Martin-Cruz听becomes听group听chief听marketing and听digital听officer.听
The听group is entering听its next stage of growth, expanding its network in national markets and developing value added services to meet the evolving needs of its customers.听

Booth听has more than听20 years鈥� telecoms experience, having worked across the B2B and B2C sectors launching new products and implementing strategies to monetise them.听His most recent position听was听commercial听director of听Conecto.听
Brigadier听Tandan听brings听50 years of telecoms and IT expertise gathered over his career in the听army and the private sector, having听spent 30 years in the Indian Army鈥檚 Corps of Signals before retiring to join India鈥檚 nascent mobile industry in 1998.听听
In 2003, he was appointed Chief Technology officer at Idea Cellular Ltd, India鈥檚 third largest operator听and听was responsible for growing the business from a small 2G operator to the pan-Indian operator it is today.听听
Since the merger between Idea and Vodafone, he has been an integral part of the leadership team responsible for the consolidation of the networks.听
Martin-Cruz听has more than 25 years鈥� experience in consumer technology commercial marketing and eCommerce, having听held senior positions at several telco and technology groups including BT, where he was part of the team responsible for rolling out high speed broadband to the UK.听听
He went on to become Sony Consumer Electronics鈥� Marketing Director and later CMO at Samsung and subsequently Microsoft.听听
Prior to joining听Lycamobile, Mikah was Executive Director, EMEA and APAC at Logitech.听
