Growing Manchester-based LegalTech Blume has acquired lead generation company Claims.co.uk.
The acquired company is based in Belfast and has built a strong reputation in the sector, with the move marking a significant milestone for Blume.
The acquisition presented 鈥渁n ideal strategic fit with Blume鈥檚 business and people鈥 according to Blume鈥檚 CEO, Alex Kenny.

Under the arrangement, both companies will continue to operate as separate entities.聽
Claims.co.uk will maintain its brand and its facilities in Belfast and continue to be a supplier to Blume as well as others; and the current leadership team led by MD and Founder, John Quail, will remain.
