England rugby legend Matt Dawson will take on a new role as business advisor at Seat Unique, a platform connecting fans with premium tickets for events, in 2025.

The news comes in the same week that Seat Unique revealed it was opening a new base in Manchester.

In his new role, Seat Unique says that Dawson will strengthen the company鈥檚 relationships with existing partners and attract more of the most sought-after clubs and venues.

Dawson, who was part of the England team that won the World Cup in 2003 – setting up Jonny Wilkinson for the winning drop-goal against Australia – is also an investor at the London-based firm, which says he聽will use his experience and connections to grow its catalogue of sports, music and cultural experiences.
