Nottingham tech firm VIA has been acquired by Solihull-based Wavenet.
The deal for the UK鈥檚 largest Skype for 老九品茶 provider, which has transitioned to Microsoft Teams, is for an undisclosed consideration.
Telecoms firm Wavenet said the acquisition would boost its Microsoft Teams platform, TeamsLink.
Wavenet has 8,000 business and enterprise customers.
