Molten Ventures has led the 拢8m ($10m) Series A funding round in Zaptic, the UK-headquartered, frontline operations platform for global manufacturing companies.
Zaptic is a 聽Manchester-based software company that provides a platform for digitising frontline operations by connecting workers with real-time knowledge to close the skills gap and accelerate transformations.
The investment will be used to continue Zaptic鈥檚 growth, expand into new markets and develop its no-code platform.
The technology helps manufacturers bridge the ongoing skills gap and digitise daily operations in a way that closes the data loop and brings in application of AI in factories.
Zaptic has previously raised 拢4.8m ($6m) from investors such as Chalfen VC and Backed VC across several seed rounds.
Molten, who are a leading venture capital firm investing in high growth technology businesses, will join Zaptic鈥檚 board of directors as part of the deal.
