Outsourced communication provider Moneypenny has joined forces with visitor management system Vpod to offer dedicated video front-of-house and concierge support.
Moneypenny鈥檚 video-based support will be added to Vpod鈥檚 Vgreet product, a virtual reception that offers a contactless check-in, reduces congestion in front of house and reduces visitor management costs.
Vgreet delivers functions such as pre-registration, visitor identification, wayfinding and thermal imaging, all of which support the 鈥榥ew normal鈥� workplace.
With the support of Moneypenny receptionists, Vgreet customers can now provide kiosk users with easy access to extra help and support via video at check-in, as part of a seamless hybrid solution.
