HealthTech 50 firm – behind electronic document management system MediViewer – has announced a series of strategic appointments as the digital transformation specialist secures more work with NHS Trusts nationwide.
With 18 complex patient record digitisation projects under its belt, Mizaic hit the headlines in April, when the senior leadership team rebranded the business – formerly known as IMMJ Systems – and revealed a further 拢1.8 million investment from Foresight.
Signs of ongoing progression are already underway, with the announcement of six key hires.
Newly-appointed service delivery and support manager Catriona McGill (pictured) joins the company with 10 years鈥� experience in customer-facing roles, having begun her career as a support engineer until most recently working as senior service delivery manager at UKCloud.
Now playing a pivotal part in Mizaic鈥檚 customer satisfaction and retention, McGill has already spearheaded the launch of a new service portal as part of a series of continuous improvements to further refine customer satisfaction.
Mizaic鈥檚 already-established tech team has also been further bolstered with the addition of software development lead Paul Hadfield. With an extensive IT career spanning almost three decades, Hadfield has a multifaceted role, covering everything from Mizaic鈥檚 architecture resilience, to the ongoing evolution of MediViewer鈥檚 user interface, functionality advancements, and the optimisation of colleagues鈥� agility.聽
With a wealth of healthcare experience, Su Jones also joins Mizaic as product owner, while long-standing colleague Rob Ainsworth has moved into the freshly-created position of head of product architecture, and Riff Emmanuel has been promoted to SRE team lead.聽
Over in the commercial side of the organisation, business development manager Beth Cross has added further capacity to the busy sales team. Formerly a hospital sales manager for Proximie 鈥� a technology used to record and stream live surgery 鈥攕he is now specifically responsible for exploring potential EDMS projects with Trusts in the North of the UK and Wales.聽
She is joined by Ross Wade, Mizaic鈥檚 new business development manager for London and the south of England. He has 25 years鈥� experience working with health and care technologies, having spent the first 17 of those implementing and supporting maternity clinical systems in both the public and private sectors.
In pre-sales, long-standing colleague Mike Seel 鈥� who moved to Mizaic in 2019 following almost a decade with Xerox 鈥� has progressed into the role of solutions lead, and technology specialist Jason Mitchell has joined his team as a solutions consultant, having formerly worked for Infosys, Odigo and SEDNA.

Mizaic says it is soon to announce details of two new important NHS projects, with industry-first product roadmap milestones also due to be unveiled.
