Music industry disrupter GigPig has moved its growing workforce into Bridge Street Studios in Manchester city centre.
It comes after the company, a management and booking platform which connects musicians to venues, raised seven-figure pre-seed capital.
Workspace advice specialist Level secured the new office deal for GigPig.聽

鈥淟evel understood our requirements in totality and efficiently provided us with a new home in which to grow from. In fact, such is the impression Joe Averill (pictured, left) left on us, GigPig has appointed Level as its exclusive property agent as we continue with our UK expansion plans.鈥�
Founded in the first quarter of 2022, Level solely represents tenants to find workspaces fit for their people at the best value for their business. It doesn鈥檛 represent any landlords or sell their office space.聽
The company has already secured a raft of deals for start-ups, scale-ups, SMEs and enterprises across a wide range of sectors and is currently expanding its presence into London and Leeds.聽
Founder and property entrepreneur Averill said: 鈥淧rior to launching Level I was clear in my mind that the office market needed equalising. Tenants need it to be levelled up and that鈥檚 what our mission will always be.鈥澛犅�

GigPig鈥檚 office at Bridge Street Studios is on a flex lease of 12 months.聽
