Digital agency and social enterprise Reason Digital has appointed a new CEO as part of a management restructure.
Mark Sharp鈥檚 arrival follows the departure of managing director Ben White after 10 years.
Sharp joins the agency鈥檚 executive board in the newly-created position of CEO, after more than 20 years of experience in his field, notably with Code Computerlove.
The news comes just days after Reason Digital achieved B Corp status.
A spokesman said: 鈥淏en joined Reason Digital in 2015 as project management lead before being promoted to the role of managing director in 2018.
鈥淗e played a pivotal role in successfully steering the business through the Covid-19 pandemic. At the same time, he has overseen a period of unprecedented growth during which Reason Digital has scaled to revenues of almost 拢3m, employing 45 employees.
鈥淏en鈥檚 contribution to Reason Digital has been phenomenal, and luckily, we are not losing him. Ben will be taking on the role of managing director at our sister company, Impact, and will retain the position of director at Reason Digital.
