In that time, the company has won awards for digital innovation and partnerships with NHS Trusts.听听
More recently, the company has introduced its solutions to Adult Services departments in local authorities to support their service users鈥� growing range of needs.听
Voicescape provides customer communication technology coupled with behavioural insights for social housing providers and local authorities. The acquisition will allow the company to facilitate comprehensive engagement with service users to improve their overall experience.听听
