The San Francisco-based firm, which has more than 100m users worldwide, has also appointed Mick Hodgins (pictured, main image) as its new general manager for EMEA and announced the launch of EU data residency for enterprise customers.

It will now look to invest in European talent and work more closely with local customers, with the office locations hosting the first hires in each country, focused initially on customer-facing roles.

Since the business launched its regional headquarters in Dublin in 2021, the office has grown to more than 100 people, with plans to continue growth into 2026.

Hodgins, who was previously managing director, EMEA ads at Google, will head up the company鈥檚 expansion and go-to-market strategy across EMEA markets.

At Google, he built and scaled growth teams working with customers in more than 20 countries.

Based in Dublin, he will lead the regional organisation to accelerate growth across customer segments; build Notion鈥檚 regional footprint with new teams and offices; and strengthen relationships with local customers and partners.
