Health and wellbeing firm OneMedicalGroup has acquired HealthTech firm Rescon for 拢1m
Surrey-based Rescon provides digital solutions to health and social care organisations.
OneMedicalGroup鈥檚 acquisition will be followed by the launch of Rescon鈥檚 online patient management platform, Lincus across its OnePrimaryCare primary and urgent care sites nationally, before being rolled out to the health and care market.
Rachel Beverley-Stevenson, CEO of OneMedicalGroup, said the acquisition would allow it to collaborate with Rescon to solve 鈥榬eal world problems鈥�.
