Orbus Software has been acquired by a private equity firm.听
SilverTree听Equity has swooped for the enterprise architecture software company听headquartered听in London.听
GP Bullhound acted as exclusive financial advisor to Orbus, which also has offices in New York, Sydney and Dubai, on the deal.听

SilverTree听said it is backing the existing management team.听
