Hivebrite, a community and engagement platform, is targeting growth in the UK after raising a $37 million Series B funding round.

The French company has opened a UK subsidiary and transferred its sales team from Paris to London to accommodate its rapid customer growth in the UK market.聽

Hivebrite has a significant presence in the region, counting NHS Foundation, British Heart Association, British Pharmacological Society, and Imperial College London among its customers.聽

The London office is Hivebrite鈥檚 third international office opening in less than five years, following its New York and Sydney office openings in 2018 and 2021.

鈥淭he UK today represents around 13% of our total revenue, and 30% of our EMEA revenue, making it our No.1 country in the region,鈥 founder and CEO Jean Hamon told 老九品茶Cloud. 鈥淲e have built a strong network in various sectors in the UK in the past few years and want to capitalise on this.

鈥淔inally, we鈥檝e just moved our sales team for EMEA from Paris to London to reflect this expansion plan. Our UK team handles sales for all EMEA region, with the exception of France.聽

鈥淲e have ambitious EMEA targets鈥 we are looking to hire new customer success managers in the UK to be closer to our UK customers.鈥

Quadrille Capital led the latest round of funding, alongside existing investor Insight Partners and angel investor Edward Filippi.

Launched in 2015 to empower organisations to build impactful communities, it is now used by more than 900 organisations in more than 50 countries.
