London-based Six Degrees, founded in 2011, has been backed by private equity house Charlesbank since 2015.
鈥淚 have moved on from Six Degrees. I鈥檓 so proud of my three years as CEO, and I have so much great work to look back on,鈥 Crawley-Trice wrote on LinkedIn.
鈥淚t鈥檚 incredible to reflect on what we have achieved in this time. We set a clear vision to become the UK鈥檚 number one secure, integrated cloud services provider, and repointed our incredible portfolio to align with the needs of businesses today.聽
鈥淲e improved our operating efficiency as a business many times over, and now as I hand over the baton I am excited to see what the amazing Six Degrees team can do.鈥
鈥淚鈥檓 very much looking forward to my next challenge, but I will never forget what we have accomplished together.鈥
DeLuca joins the firm from digital operating transformation provider Sapphire Systems, which he led as CEO for three-and-a-half years and took through to exit. It was acquired by NTT Data last November.
He has previously held a series of CEO and senior leadership roles within the technology sector, including with Logicalis Group, Infocrossing and Marconi.
鈥淭oday, it鈥檚 more important than ever that businesses place digital transformation at the heart of their strategies,鈥 said DeLuca.聽
鈥淥ptimised cloud services, intelligence-led security, and agile connectivity between workplaces and workspaces are no longer nice-to-haves 鈥 they are essential.聽
鈥淲ith our expertise in secure cloud technology and our fantastic connectivity roots, Six Degrees has every right to be the go-to digital transformation partner for UK businesses. I am excited to join the team and make that happen.鈥
Charlesbank CEO Mike Choe said: 鈥淪ix Degrees鈥 unique offering is a game-changer for any business.
鈥淣ow, with Vince at the helm with his extensive experience in working with businesses to solve their digital transformation challenges, we believe they are even better placed to help customers unleash their full potential.鈥
