The Unseen Group has made its 10th acquisition with the purchase of candidate experience and onboarding platform Meet & Engage.

This is a significant step for the Manchester-based firm鈥檚 ambition to transform the early careers and talent development market.聽

Since receiving landmark investment from Pelican Capital in 2024, the company has completed four strategic acquisitions in 12 months.

In addition to the integration of Leicester-based Meet & Engage to its talent solutions platform, 2025 has seen Unseen develop proprietary products.

It is set to launch OneWay – an asynchronous video interviewing tool – and Talent Stack – on-demand screening, coaching and assessment support services for internal recruitment teams.聽

Meet & Engage, meanwhile, was established a decade ago and works with clients all over the world, including Sainsbury鈥檚, Randstad and The Royal Mail.

The company also won the Personnel Today Award for HR Technology Provider of the Year back to back in 2023 and 2024.
