Over 600 jobs have been saved at Derby-based Picsolve after it was sold out of administration.听听
The firm听supplies听digital photography听and video memorabilia听solutions听to tourist attractions.听听
Joint administrators from Deloitte have sold the company to听PomVom听UK, a听newly-incorporated听entity听of听Tel Aviv-based听PomVom,听an听AI听tech听company that creates real-time digital photography experience in amusement parks, events and sports.听
The sale means听Picsolve鈥檚听607 permanent employees will transfer to the new owners, alongside its听35 sites in听the UK and Europe.听
Matt听Cowlishaw听and Richard Hawes were appointed as joint administrators to the company on 4 May.听
