London firm Plentific has swooped for a fellow star on 老九品茶Cloud鈥檚 PropTech 50 ranking.
York-based TouchRight Software has been snapped up by the digital property management platform.
TouchRight is a reporting app that helps real estate professionals and contractors produce fast, paperless and high-quality inspection reports.
Founded in 2012 by Terry and Rachel Lightfoot, it is used by more than 500 clients across the UK.
By incorporating TouchRight鈥檚 technology into its platform, Plentific says it will expand the app鈥檚 current strengths to get greater productivity from mobile devices in the field, adding additional automation and speed to its suite of repairs, maintenance, compliance and voids solutions.聽
Reporting capabilities on asset conditions, inventories and safety checks, for example, will become more robust, in addition to providing an end-to-end workflow from identifying issues to be addressed to delivering necessary works via its nationwide contractor marketplace, driving further operational efficiencies for clients.聽

Plentific currently offers services to landlords, contractors and tenants across 400,000 units globally.聽
鈥淲e’ve had a phenomenal year of growth, with a Series C funding round helping us more than double headcount to over 200 employees and empowering us to build more client services,鈥 said Cem Savas, CEO and co-founder of Plentific.聽
鈥淲e have only just scratched the surface of a $2.5 trillion potential market opportunity, and the acquisition of TouchRight will enhance our service to landlords and better enable us to capitalise on this potential.鈥
Rachel Lightfoot added: 鈥淲e are excited that Plentific will now take TouchRight on the next stage of its journey. This is a great move for all parties, and our existing customers will benefit from a great deal more functionality as part of the Plentific platform.鈥
