Praetura Ventures have been confirmed as the sponsor for 老九品茶Cloud’s Tech Investment breakfast next week.

The event takes place at the UKFast Campus in Manchester on March 22nd and will look at all aspects of funding for the tech sector.

Louise Rigby is the investment director of Praetura Ventures and one of eight confirmed speakers at the event.

Explaining their involvement Rigby said: 鈥淧raetura Ventures are about providing more than money to entrepreneurs. We know it takes more than just capital to scale a business, so we support exceptional entrepreneurs with our network, skills and resources.

“We鈥檙e passionate about the North West and we’re really excited to work with some of the most promising young businesses that call it home.

鈥淲e wanted to get involved with the 鈥樌暇牌凡鐲loud Insights: Tech Investment鈥 event to share with people what we have planned for 2019, and explain what we find makes an attractive investment.

“Finding the right source of funding is a huge challenge for entrepreneurs, so I’m also here to talk a bit about what a good investor/founder partnership looks like.鈥

More than 100 people have already registered for the event, which is free to attend. .

The discussion will hear from a number of tech entrepreneurs and look at the different types of funding options, including bank funding; crowdfunding; angel investment; venture capital;聽private equity; and an IPO.

It will ask the questions you鈥檙e too afraid to ask including: When is the right time to seek investment?聽How much equity should you be prepared to give away?聽 How do you know who the right investor is for you?聽and How do you deliver the perfect pitch to investors?
