PropTech company Mobysoft has promoted its COO to the CEO position.
Paul Evans, who has been with the Manchester company for more than seven years, replaces Alex Karle, a former Thomson Reuters executive who joined as CEO in January 2020.
Mobysoft is a predictive analytics software provider to the social housing sector. Its software solutions, used by over 180 housing providers, claim to optimise income whilst treating tenants consistently, fairly and respectfully with its RentSense product.
It also claims to optimise the quality and consistency of their repairs service, increasing tenant satisfaction as a result, with RepairSense.
Evans has extensive experience within the technology & social housing sectors both directly and in conjunction with partners. He has also held executive roles in companies such as Sage & Flexera.
