Cheshire FinTechMonevohas appointed Lee Stretton aschief innovation officer.
Stretton joins thepersonal credit platform and API fromPayPal-backedRaisin UK,which as CTOthen MDhe grew from a standing start to a company that brokered over £1 billion in savings accountswithin two years.
Strettonwill be responsible for overseeing product, data and technology forMonevoas well as working closely with theMonevoterritorydirectors on overall strategy.

Raisin UK was launched in 2017 after the acquisition of PBF Solutions by German-founded Raisin in 2017.
In July 2019 the parent company received an investment of €25 million from Goldman Sachs, taking its total investment to €195m and making it the best-funded tech start-up in the savings and investment area in Europe.
Strettonhas more than20 years’ experience in techandFinTech, havingheld multiple leadership and director roles in other businesses in the financial services sector.
