London RegTech Ruleguard has raised 拢3.5 million investment from Foresight Group.聽
The company, which supplies regulatory compliance to financial institutions, was founded in 2013 by John O鈥橠wyer as a software development consultancy.聽
In 2015 it began development of a software platform to support the incoming Client Assets Sourcebook (CASS) regulations.
It has since built a blue-chip customer base and become one of the most competitive regulatory compliance platforms in the financial sector.
