IRIS Software Group has acquired听Senta, a firm which develops cloud software for accountancy practices.听
The move by听Slough-headquartered听IRIS,听one of the UK鈥檚 largest software companies, comes听as accountancy professionals prepare their small business clients for the forthcoming Making Tax Digital (MTD) reporting in April 2023.听听
Founded in 2014,听Bristol-based听Senta听aims to make听accountancy practices more profitable and scalable with a 鈥榗ustomer-first鈥� approach.听
The software will be integrated into IRIS Elements, the dynamic SaaS platform designed by customers that allows them to move to the cloud at their own pace.听
