Siemens has signed an agreement to acquire听颁补尘产谤颈诲驳别-产补蝉别诲听UltraSoC听Technologies, a provider of instrumentation and analytics solutions.听
Siemens plans to integrate听鲍濒迟谤补厂辞颁鈥檚听technology into its听Xcelerator听portfolio, an integrated portfolio of software, services and application development platform.听
The tech giant said the addition of听UltraSoC听enables a data-driven infrastructure that can enhance product quality, safety and cybersecurity, and the creation of a solution to help semiconductor industry customers overcome key pain points.听听

Siemens鈥� acquisition of听UltraSoC听is due to close in the fourth quarter of Siemens鈥� fiscal year 2020. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.听
