Manchester-based digital product and service company, Code Computerlove, has appointed Hannah Pickford as people and culture lead.
Joining from Social Chain where she was happiness manager, Pickford鈥檚 appointment follows Code Computerlove鈥檚 recent move into WPP鈥檚 new Manchester Campus.
Over 550 staff across several agencies, including EssenceMediacom and Wavemaker, will now be based at the new site in Enterprise City to drive growth and creativity.
Pickford鈥檚 role will focus on overseeing Code鈥檚 overall employee experience, enhancing culture through onboarding, recruitment, benefits, events and supporting learning and development.
She said: 鈥淚鈥檝e always admired Code, even when I was working as a recruiter several years ago! The high retention rate and culture shone through everything they did, so when there was an opportunity to join the team, it was not to be missed
